When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you continue to have access to your current features until then.

Your existing scheduled content and auto-replies continue to function normally — only new AI content generations are paused until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle or you add more credits. The Agency plan has unlimited AI generations.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts with Markqit. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. When your subscription expires, your data is retained for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Markqit is focused on providing a complete, self-contained platform experience.
